On November 13, 2010, 300 people attended the 3rd annual “The Giver”, a party hosted by St. Michael’s Young Leaders at The Loft at Andrew Richard Design in Toronto. Taking the Heat
Two weeks ago I was a hot yoga virgin- not anymore. Now, I’m a devotee.
Instantly losing all self-compusure, we sit among strangers, hair lacquered down and sweating profusely.
With inhibitions lost, you truly transcend into a “body over mind” experience.
A great Monday night mind body experience by which to approach the week.

Bittersweet
On Thursday, June 11th, I graduated from Ryerson University’s Radio and Television Program. The pomp ceremony and tradition were surprisingly moving as the blue gownded graduates were piped into the theate.
